Return & Refund Policy

En’Joi Plant Haven

Rooted in Quality… Grown with Care

Because plants are living products that require proper care after delivery, all live plant sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or standard refunds on live plants.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


No Returns on Live Plants

Due to the perishable and living nature of plants, En’Joi Plant Haven does not accept returns for:

  • Live plants
  • Rooted cuttings
  • Propagations
  • Seasonal plants
  • Custom plant orders
  • Clearance or final sale items

Once a live plant has been delivered, its ongoing health depends on the care and environment provided by the customer.

For this reason, we cannot offer returns based on:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Plant appearance preferences
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections
  • Improper care after delivery
  • Environmental shock or transplant stress after arrival

Some adjustment after shipping is completely normal.


Live Arrival Issues

If your plant arrives severely damaged, unhealthy, or dead on arrival (DOA), you must contact us within 8 hours of delivery.

Claims must include:

  • Clear photos of the plant
  • Photos of the original shipping box and packaging
  • Your order number

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • Replacement plant (when available)
  • Store credit
  • Refund at our discretion

Claims submitted after 8 hours may not qualify for resolution.


Non-Plant Items

Unused, unopened non-plant items (such as pots, accessories, or merchandise) may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resaleable condition

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will work quickly to make it right.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take photos before opening
  • Document all damage clearly
  • Contact us immediately

This helps us process claims with the shipping carrier when necessary.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by En’Joi Plant Haven.
