Live Plant Disclaimer

Minor cosmetic imperfections, shipping stress, slight soil movement, leaf yellowing, or normal acclimation after delivery do not qualify as defects.

Plant care after delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Improper care, neglect, weather exposure after delivery, or environmental stress are not grounds for refunds or replacements.

All live plant sales are final unless covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee.

We do not accept returns for healthy delivered plants.

Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after delivery confirmation, or issues caused by incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
