At En’Joi Plant Haven, we take pride in carefully preparing and packaging each plant to ensure it arrives healthy and ready for its new home.
Because plants are living products, proper shipping and handling are extremely important. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may vary depending on:

We carefully inspect each plant before shipment to ensure quality and health standards are met.
Shipping Days
To reduce the risk of plants sitting in transit over weekends, most live plant orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday.
Orders placed later in the week may be held until the following shipping window to protect plant health.
Some non-plant items may ship outside of these days.
Weather Protection
Extreme heat and freezing temperatures can impact live plant shipments.
During severe weather conditions, we may:

Delay shipment for plant safety

Recommend upgraded shipping options

Suggest heat packs or insulation when necessary
Our goal is always safe arrival—not rushed delivery.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee that your plant will arrive alive and in healthy condition.
If your plant arrives significantly damaged or unhealthy due to shipping, you must contact us within 8** hours of delivery** with:

Clear photos of the plant

Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Your order number
Claims submitted after 8 hours may not qualify for replacement or store credit.
Natural minor imperfections such as slight soil movement, minor leaf yellowing, or small cosmetic damage during transit are normal and do not qualify for replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
En’Joi Plant Haven is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delivery delays caused by carrier errors

Packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Carrier Delays
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, transit times are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather disruptions

Holiday shipping volume

Carrier service interruptions
However, we will always do our best to assist if shipping issues arise.
Lost or Stolen Packages
En’Joi Plant Haven is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
